COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information. However, for access to future Blow Me Away customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include, but is not limited to, a unique username and password, or providing sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.
SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support inquiries, processing transactions, or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Blow Me Away takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organizations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the website, page access times, and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends, and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this website.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change in the future, we will use these new practices only. Data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Blow Me Away reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: As a courtesy to the salon and other Blow Me Away clients, we ask for adequate notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. A cancellation fee of 50% of services scheduled may be applicable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours notice at Blow Me Away.
LATE POLICY: Blow Me Away Bar is committed to providing the best possible service at the best possible price. To do so, we ask that you kindly arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. We do understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will do our very best to accommodate each member. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be to the discretion of the individual stylist to evaluate what service they can offer you in the remaining time of your appointment, as it may be necessary to offer an alternative service to accommodate you due to other scheduling requirements. In certain circumstances, re-scheduling may be necessary.
DEPOSITS: Some services offered by Blow Me Away Bar may require a deposit. These include, but are not limited to, Group Bookings (services for 3 or more), Hair Extension Applications, To Go Services and Parties. These deposits may be non-refundable based on the service and the amount notice given to cancel or reschedule.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY: Blow Me Away Bar members may purchase gift certificates for non-members at membership prices. Non-members may only redeem a maximum of one gift certificate in any six-month period at membership prices.
FREEZE POLICY: A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months, but, not more than once in a 12 month period. A "freeze" fee may apply for the month frozen. You may schedule and use paid for services while on hold, but, may not use any other member benefits.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY: Any Member, upon execution of their agreement, hereby purchases a membership to Blow Me Away Bar for the duration expressly indicated on their agreement. Membership entitles the member to receive other member benefits such as a ten percent (10%) discount on retail products. Memberships valid at issuing location only; all members receive member rates at other Blow Me Away salon locations. All monthly pre-paid services expire ninety (90) days following the Membership End Date or the submission of the Notice of Termination. No cash refunds or gifts cards will be issued for unused services. Terminated Members, Frozen (on-Hold Members) or Suspended Members may use accrued (paid for) services, but, may not use any other member benefits. Rates for additional services after use of your monthly service may vary at other Blow Me Away Bars. All memberships are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The effect of this membership is conditioned upon the receipt of all payments set forth herein. Blow Me Away reserves the right to cancel any membership at its discretion. Responsible Party: Membership agreement is between the member and the specific Blow Me Away Bar locations initially signed up at, and member acknowledges that Blow Me Away location shall not be liable for any performance, services or liability under their membership agreement.
PAYMENT POLICY: Signing a month-to-month membership agreement with a Blow Me Away location authorizes monthly charges to the referenced credit card. Payments will be deducted monthly for the 1-month period starting on the 30th day after the date specified. Agreement will continue month to month and cancellation will be permitted with 30 days written notice. The Membership Notice of Termination will be on a form supplied by Blow Me Away and you may receive and submit the notice via mail, fax, email or hand delivery where you initially purchased your membership. After the Membership Notice of Termination is submitted, one final monthly payment will be charged on the next regularly scheduled payment date. It is expressly agreed and understood that Blow Me Away may revoke any membership for non-payment of dues and charges and/or violations of Blow Me Away rules and regulations by the member, his or her family or invited guests. It is also expressly understood and agreed that the signed agreement is a legally enforceable membership contract, that you have read and understood its terms and agree that all fees are payable in full based upon the terms of your agreement. Any account that becomes overdue may be referred to collections for the current balance plus the remaining membership dues owed to complete the initial agreement.
ADMISSIONS POLICY: No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion or appearance. Children under the age of 12 shall be prohibited from salon services unless accompanied by a guardian.
OTHER MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS: Blow Me Away or its employees or agents shall not be responsible for any personal items lost, stolen or damaged. Blow Me Away reserves the right to change the facility hours as necessary. We reserve the right to change membership prices upon completion of the initial term with thirty (30) days prior notice.
